Flash flood damages Boro crops in Rajnagar, Moulvibazar and local administration response

Recent heavy rains and flash floods submerged Boro rice fields in the Niamat and Awa bill areas of Kaowadighi Haor, Moulvibazar, causing significant crop losses. Farmers expressed distress over severe financial losses. The Deputy Commissioner of Moulvibazar inspected the site to verify damage assessments and directed officials to strengthen water drainage operations at the Kashempur Pump House.
