Unexploded mortar shell neutralized in Brahmanbaria

A mortar shell, believed to be from the 1971 Liberation War, was discovered during pond excavation in Baraharan village, Brahmanbaria. A bomb disposal unit from Dhaka safely neutralized the device on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
