Collision between BMF and Ilish Paribahan buses on Dhaka-Bhanga Expressway in Shibchar

A collision occurred between BMF Paribahan and Ilisha Paribahan buses on the Dhaka-Bhanga Expressway in Bandorkhola, Shibchar, Madaripur, on August 8, 2026. At least 10 passengers were injured, including 5 hospitalized and 2 critically injured who were transferred to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for advanced care. Shibchar Highway Police responded to the scene to restore traffic flow.
