Three die from burn injuries during arson attack on accused's home in Pabna following rape and murder incident

Following the discovery of a teenage girl's body and reports of rape and murder in Pabna, an angry mob set fire to the houses of the accused. The fire, compounded by a cooking gas cylinder explosion, caused severe burns to three neighbours who were attempting to extinguish the fire or observing the incident. All three victims later succumbed to their injuries at the National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute in Dhaka.
