7 deaths from AIDS and 37 new cases reported in Cumilla (January-May 2026)

Between January and May 2026, the Cumilla district recorded 7 deaths due to HIV/AIDS. A total of 37 new cases were confirmed this year. Currently, 615 patients are receiving treatment through the local medical system, including 385 patients at the Cumilla Medical College Hospital ART center.
