July 2024 Uprising: Government Rehabilitation, Casualty Reports, and Support for Injured Fighters

The government is supporting victims of the July 2024 mass uprising through comprehensive medical treatment, financial compensation, and long-term rehabilitation via the July Uprising Directorate. Official records confirm 844 deaths and 14,370 injuries, with approximately 30,000 people total affected. As of August 2026, the government has invested over 1,006 crore BDT in financial aid, medical support, and rehabilitation for the affected individuals (July Warriors), with 13,344 individuals receiving monthly honorariums and specialized care continuing domestically and abroad.
