Alleged maternal death due to medical negligence and hospital vandalism in Charfasson

Munni Akter, 20, died during childbirth at Iqra Hospital and Diagnostic Center in Charfasson, Bhola, following alleged medical negligence. Subsequent protests and vandalism occurred at the hospital by the victim's family and locals until Thursday night.
