Retired army personnel killed in road accident in Ramu
On the night of Tuesday, January 6, 2026, a 45-year-old retired army member, Md. Farid, was killed in a collision between his motorcycle and an unidentified vehicle on the Chattogram-Cox's Bazar highway in Ramu, Cox's Bazar. He was taken to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital where he was declared dead by doctors.
