Woman dies after hitting road divider in Kuril, Dhaka

A 45-year-old woman, Mizan Begum, died after slipping and hitting her head on a road divider while waiting for a bus near Kurmitola General Hospital in the Kuril area of Dhaka on the morning of October 8, 2026. She had traveled to Dhaka from Kishoreganj with her daughter for medical treatment when the incident occurred after she stepped back to avoid a motorcycle.
