Prime Minister orders maximum alertness and coordination to manage nationwide flooding and waterlogging

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman held a virtual meeting with divisional and district officials to address the nationwide waterlogging and flooding crisis. Directives were issued to prioritize life-saving rescue, emergency relief, healthcare, and maintaining law and order. Special focus was directed toward the deteriorating situation in Sylhet due to the damage to the Manu River embankment and potential flooding in other regions.
