Time bomb recovered from Lalon Shah Shrine premises, Kumarkhali, Kushtia

A suspicious device resembling a time bomb, containing petrol bottles and wiring, was discovered near the entrance of the Lalon Shah Shrine in Cheuria, Kumarkhali, Kushtia, in October 2026. The area was secured, and security was significantly increased with the deployment of two platoons of BGB. A CTTC bomb disposal unit successfully neutralized the device. No injuries or structural damages were reported.
