1.5-year-old child diagnosed with dengue after measles dies at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital

A 1.5-year-old child, Taiba, from Mirpur, Kushtia, was diagnosed with dengue fever at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital following a recovery from measles. She was the first dengue case of the season at the hospital but passed away on June 5, 2026, due to medical complications. Her family has alleged medical negligence.
