Building crisis in seven primary schools of Sandwip

Seven primary schools in Sandwip Upazila, Chattagram, are facing a critical building crisis after contractor Wahid Construction Limited abandoned construction projects since 2020. The unfinished sites have turned into hazardous water-filled pits, while students are forced to attend classes in unsafe, dilapidated structures or overcrowded temporary sheds, leading to health risks and a sharp decline in student enrollment.
