Government Planning for Employment and Stipends for July Uprising Casualties

The government is implementing a long-term plan for the medical, rehabilitation, and employment needs of individuals injured during the July uprising. To date, 13,344 recognized 'July fighters' are receiving monthly stipends, and 152 critically injured individuals have been sent abroad for advanced treatment.
