Poor quality road construction in Koyra, Khulna

Residents of Koyra, Khulna, have protested against the poor quality of a road construction project under LGED. Reports indicate that the pitch surfacing is easily peeling off by hand due to lack of prime coat and insufficient bitumen usage, and cracks have appeared in newly built guide walls.
