Driver detained for dumping expired government medicine in the Jamuna River

A driver was detained by locals in Bhuyapur, Tangail, while attempting to dump a pickup truck full of expired government-supplied medicines into the Jamuna River. The driver confessed to being hired by the Ghatail Upazila Health Complex and admitted that similar illegal disposals had occurred in the past.
