Riverbank erosion of Brahmaputra in Rajibpur, 16 homes lost in two days

Severe riverbank erosion caused by rising water levels in the Brahmaputra River has destroyed 16 homes and approximately 10 acres of cultivable land in Char Rajibpur, Kurigram over the past two days. Multiple local families have been displaced, and several educational institutions, including primary schools and a madrasa, are currently at high risk.
