Bus-truck head-on collision in Raktipara, Tangail leaves 3 dead, including a child

A collision between a sand-carrying truck and a 'Crown Deluxe' passenger bus occurred on the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway at Raktipara in Madhupur, Tangail, on the night of July 30, 2026. The incident resulted in 3 deaths (including one child) and at least 25 injuries. Some of the victims were treated at the Madhupur Upazila Health Complex, and four critically injured patients were transferred to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.
