Research on mosquito control drug efficacy being strengthened: LGRD Minister
The LGRD Minister announced that the government is strengthening research and technical capacity to improve the efficacy of mosquito control drugs to curb the ongoing nationwide dengue outbreak. As of late August 2026, approximately 90 deaths and between 2,200 and 2,500 recoveries have been recorded across the country.
