Housewife killed and mother-in-law injured in a road accident while traveling to daughter's house
A 45-year-old housewife, Kohinur Akter, died and her 65-year-old mother-in-law, Halima Begum, was critically injured after being hit by an unidentified vehicle while crossing the Dhaka-Chattagram Highway at the Borotakia Miyan-er Dokan area in Mirsarai on the night of July 15, 2026. The victims were heading towards the daughter's residence in Mirsarai municipality when the accident occurred.
