Road Accident Report: April 2026 Nationwide Statistics

In April 2026, Bangladesh witnessed 527 road accidents resulting in 510 fatalities and 1,268 injuries. According to the Jatri Kalyan Samity, the most affected area was Chattagram division, and factors such as poor infrastructure, unfit vehicles, and reckless driving were primary contributors to the high casualty rate.
