Teesta Riverbank erosion puts school, mosque, and homes at risk in Kaunia

Severe riverbank erosion along the Teesta River in Char Dhushmara village, Kaunia Upazila, Rangpur, has destroyed the homesteads of 28 families over the past week. A government primary school, a mosque, a madrasa, and approximately 50 other homes remain at imminent risk as erosion continues.
