Bus crashes into Kurmitola General Hospital, one killed and one injured
A Paristan Paribahan bus lost control due to brake failure on Airport Road in Dhaka on July 26, 2026, and crashed into the gate area and gas control room wall of Kurmitola General Hospital. One pedestrian, a storekeeper at Radisson Blu, died on the spot, and one other person was injured. Police arrested the driver and the helper.
