26 Killed in Road Accidents in Sylhet Division in September

A total of 26 people were killed and 51 injured in 26 separate road accidents across four districts in the Sylhet division during September 2026, according to a report by the Nirapod Sarak Chai (NISCHA) Sylhet division committee. Most casualties occurred in Moulvibazar, and the accidents were attributed to factors such as speeding, unfit vehicles, and lack of traffic safety awareness.
