Construction worker killed after shutter of a four-lane bridge under construction collapses in Kalapara

A 26-year-old construction worker, Rasel Howlader, was killed and three others were injured after the shutter of an under-construction four-lane bridge over the Andharmanik River in Kalapara, Patuakhali, collapsed on Sunday morning. The workers were performing shuttering work when the structure failed, causing the accident.
