Severe waterlogging in Jessore due to record rainfall

Record-breaking rainfall of 190 mm over 10 hours caused severe waterlogging in Jessore city and surrounding low-lying areas. The flooding inundated numerous homes and disrupted daily activities, with poor urban drainage systems and waste accumulation identified as primary contributing factors.
