Truck overturns on highway, killing autorickshaw driver

On May 11, 2026, a truck overturned onto an autorickshaw on the Dhaka-Tangail-Jamuna Bridge Highway near the Rabna bypass area in Tangail. The accident, which involved a speeding truck and an autorickshaw driving in the opposite direction, resulted in the death of the 50-year-old autorickshaw driver, Nimai Ghosh.
