Bijoy Express train derailed in Gouripur

Three coaches of the Bijoy Express train derailed near the outer signal area of Gouripur Railway Junction on the night of June 25, 2026. The incident caused panic among passengers and resulted in 7-8 injuries, including one child in critical condition. Rescue operations were completed by the next morning, and rail operations continued.
