Sakib dies 9 days after electrocution in Rauzan
Amanat Hossain Sakib, aged 28, passed away at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in Dhaka on May 23, 2026. He had sustained 70 percent burn injuries after coming into contact with a 33kV high-voltage power line while on the rooftop of a building in Rauzan, Chattogram, on May 15, 2026.
