Mother and son died by electrocution in Matlab Dakshin

On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:30 PM, a 65-year-old woman and her 35-year-old son were electrocuted while attempting to connect power to a water pump in South Nalua village, Matlab Dakshin, Chandpur. Both died at the scene, and police subsequently handed the bodies over to the family.
