Transformer explosion in Sreepur, Gazipur leaves two dead and others injured
A transformer exploded at Maona Chowrasta in Sreepur, Gazipur on the night of March 11, 2026, causing a fire that left four individuals with burn injuries. Two of the victims, Yasin and Jakir Hossain, later died while undergoing treatment at the National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute.
