Bamboo bridge in Comilla collapses due to Indian mountain runoff

A bamboo bridge connecting Jagannathpur and Panchthubi unions in Adarsha Sadar, Comilla, collapsed on Tuesday at 1:00 AM due to strong currents and debris from mountain runoff from India. The incident severed communication between the two banks, isolated ten villages, and disrupted BGB border patrol activities.
