Flash floods and heavy rains in Sunamganj with Surma river above danger level

Heavy rainfall and upstream mountain runoff have caused water levels in rivers across Sunamganj to rise. The Surma River at Chhatak and the Kushiyara River at Dirai have exceeded their respective danger levels, leading to flooded roads and disrupted movement in border areas.
