Extensive rainfall leads to severe waterlogging in Naogaon town and Patnitala upazila

Severe, sustained rainfall over 24 hours in Naogaon has caused extensive waterlogging across the city and Patnitala upazila, with streets submerged and homes inundated, disrupting transport and daily life. Residents have been forced to relocate to higher ground, and school examinations have been cancelled as water levels in the Atrai and Choto Jamuna rivers approach danger limits.
