Severe waterlogging in Bogra city due to heavy rainfall

Heavy rainfall, totaling 85mm throughout the day, caused severe waterlogging in Bogra city on July 8, 2026. The waterlogging, occurring between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, submerged major roads and disrupted daily life. The City Administrator inspected the affected areas and ordered immediate steps to clear drainage blockages.
