July uprising victim Sahalam Islam receives medical support from Narayanganj District Council

Sahalam Islam, a pickup van driver and participant in the 2024 anti-discrimination movement, sustained severe gunshot injuries in the Rayerbag area on August 17, 2024. He suffered permanent damage to two fingers and has been struggling with long-term recovery and financial hardship. The Narayanganj District Council has provided financial assistance to aid his ongoing medical treatment.
