Two children died by drowning in a pond in Doarabazar, Sunamganj
Two children, Papiya Akhter (10) and Juma/Ruma Akhter (9), died after drowning in a pond near their home in Baithakhai village, Surma union, Doarabazar, Sunamganj while bathing or playing. Their bodies were recovered by family members and were declared dead upon arrival at the Doarabazar Upazila Health Complex.
