Severe Waterlogging in Cumilla City and Medical College Hospital After Heavy Monsoon Rainfall

On the first day of the monsoon, 1.5 hours of heavy rainfall (91.4mm) caused widespread waterlogging across Cumilla city, including major roads and the Cumilla Medical College Hospital. The inundation affected the hospital's emergency section, internal roads, and wards, and paralyzed normal city life, causing damage to vehicles and local businesses.
