Expatriate beaten and thrown into the river, 9 arrested

A Malaysian expatriate named Aman Ullah was beaten and thrown into the Rakti River by houseboat staff following an altercation in Tahirpur, Sunamganj. The victim drowned during the incident, and his body was recovered by fire service divers on Tuesday evening. Nine suspects, including the houseboat owner and his wife, have been arrested and the houseboat was seized by police.
