Two boundary walls, measuring approximately 100 feet in length, collapsed in the residential area of Payra Seaport in Kalapara, Patuakhali, on the evening of July 21, 2026, due to heavy rainfall and poor construction quality. This incident follows previous structural failures of the same project built by ABM Water Company in 2023, sparking public concern regarding construction standards and site management.
