Easybike driver killed in drum truck collision in Srimangal, Moulvibazar

On the morning of September 3, 2026, an easybike driver named Abdul Mannan (40) died after being struck by a speeding sand-laden drum truck on the Dhaka-Sylhet regional highway in the Surma Valley area of Srimangal, Moulvibazar. The victim sustained severe leg injuries and died following significant blood loss. Police have seized the truck and arrested the driver and his helper.
