33 new dengue patients identified in Chattogram in one day

In the 24 hours leading up to August 17, 2026, 33 new dengue cases were reported in Chattogram. Currently, 144 patients are receiving treatment in various government and private hospitals across the district, bringing the total number of cases this year to 1,409 with 3 deaths recorded.
