Newborn abandoned in dustbin after birth in moving autorickshaw in Noakhali

A newborn baby boy was abandoned in a dustbin by his mother, grandmother, and others after being born in a moving autorickshaw near the Companiganj Upazila Health Complex, Noakhali. Local citizens intervened, rescued the child, and detained the individuals involved before handing them over to the police.
